Should any problem or dispute arise with a brokerage firm, you must:

→Contact the broker’s official support team directly.
→Follow the broker’s established complaint procedures.
→Fully comply with the broker’s terms and conditions.

We provide no support relating to account issues, transactions, deposits and withdrawals, or trading-platform matters. Such matters fall under the sole jurisdiction of the brokerage firm.
